The Psychedelic Jester Enterprises will gladly exchange or refund items that are returned in their ORIGINAL and unopened condition within 15 days of the purchase of the product WITH a copy of the invoice. Opened, worn or washed items are not refundable or exchangeable. Consumable items such as coffee or cream chargers are not refundable at all.
Shipping is non-refundable. It is advisable when returning/exchanging items to add a Delivery Confirmation to your shipment as it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the item in question.
If a package or items in the package seems to have been damaged in transit, please send the item back either First Class mail or Fed-Ex with a copy of your invoice.
Please do not forget to let us know if you want an exchange or a refund.
